Reidi tee construction

Client: Tallinn Municipal Service Department

Contract period: 06.2018 – 12.2019

Construction cost: 38 113 503 EUR incl VAT

According to the agreement, following works will be executed: 

• New shore protection – 700 m
• New road – 1930 m
• Road reconstruction – 1410 m
• New light traffic routes – 10500 m
• New rainwater pumping station
• New street lighting
• Diffrent cable lines (power lines, communication lines, traffic signal systems)
• Construct and reconstruct different water lines (water, seweage, rainwater, gas, district heating)

Other important notes: KMG Inseneriehituse AS in a consortium with Verston Ehitus OÜ will carry out all of the above design and construction work.
