Renovation of Kalev Sports Hall

Client: Tallinna Spordihall

Contract period: 2016

Construction Cost: 4 914 801, 42 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, the following works will be executed: 

-  During the renovation works all the remaining structures will be reconstructed and new structures will  be built taking into account for features needed in the sports hall. All the communications will be updated, including light- and sound systems. After renovation Kalev Sports Hall will have 4 full-size basketball courts, aerobics room, modern locker rooms, meeting rooms for clubs, cafe with terrace and other support facilities.


Design-construction works of new tramway to Tallinn Airport

Client: Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS

Contract period: 03.11.2015 - 15.11.2017

Construction Cost: 11 475 253, 70 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, the following works will be executed: 

-        Design works;

-        New tramway from Ülemiste railway station area to airport will be constructed;

-        A tunnel below Ülemiste railway area and Suur-Sõjamäe street will be built;

-        Entire infrastructure necessary for the operation of a new tram line (traction substation, contact lines, power cables, etc.) will be constructed;

-        Protection of existing utility networks / re-positioning and deployment of new networks as necessary.

Other important notes: KMG Inseneriehituse AS in a consortium with Merko Ehitus Eesti AS will carry out all of the above design and construction work

Construction works of Rummu road pedestrian tunnel

Client: Pirita Sportscenter

According to the agreement, the following works will be executed: 

·       Total length of tunnel – 91m including closed section 20,5m


Construction of Tallinn Old Port quay no. 16 shore ramp and reconstruction of berthing equipment and power supply of quays 14,15 and 16

Construction Cost: 2 090 702,86 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, following works will be executed: 

A concrete shore ramp (measuring 31x28,5m) founded on steel tube piles will be built the ramp has adjustable steel structure. The ramp will be used for loading and off-loading of vehicles from ships. New power supply, lighting, ramp lifting mechanism, fenders and rescue equipment will be installed also. For quays 14, 15 and 16 fender protection and power supply will be reconstructed and new concrete fender supports will be constructed. New tower bollards will be constructed for mooring of ships. New power supply cabinets and cable lines will be constructed.


Design and renovation of the infrastructure of Tallinn tram line no. 4

Client: Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS

Construction of Estlink/2 warehouse

According to the agreement, following works will be executed: 

- Warehouse has a steel supporting structure with Sandwich panels in the walls and one-sided slope roof with also Sandwich panels. The building has rectangular plan with dimensions 23,0m and 7,1m. Warehouse height is 5m. In both ends of warehouse is shift door.


Residual pollution liquidation in former military and industrial areas. Design and construction works at Holstre-Nõmme ABT and Umbsaare ABT

Client: Keskkonnateabe Keskus

Contract period: march 2013-march 2015

Contract value:  3 282 634,41 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, the following works have been executed: 

·       Residual contamination liquidation works execution at Holstre-Nõmme ABT and Umbsaare ABT areas. The overall objective of the project was to stop possible groundwater pollution by determining the extent of the pollution, prevention of environmental pollution and residual pollution liquidation.

·       Contaminated soil excavation and handling of 13 878m³.

·        Liquidation of oil residues about 2389m³.

·       Objects located at: Lolu village at Viljandi county and Umbsaare village Võru county.


Design and construction of contaioner terminal expansion

Aardlapalu landfill contamination elimination

Client: Tartu Linnavalitsus
Construction period: May 2012 - November 2012
Construction cost: 898 980, 06 EUR including VAT
According to the agreement, following works will be executed:
      - Elimination of the contamination on the East side of the landfill
      - Predicted amount of digging works is 8200 m³ (in the area of 3000 m²)
      - The amount of oil products, including polycylcic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and ground which is polluted with phenols is predictable 8000 m³ 
      - The ground needs to be handled according to the waste regulations

Muuga's harbor industrial park railway

      - Construction works of connection route nr 701

      - Digging works for around 79 000 m³ (63 000 m³ for the railway construction and around 16 000 m³ for making drains, trenches and collector)

Virtsu Port, reconstructions of quay number 4

Client: AS Saarte Liinid
Construction period: April 2012- October 2012
Construction cost: 1 343 777, 17 EUR excl. VAT
According to the agreement, following works will be executed:
      - The length of quay number 4 is 145 m, interconnection length is going to be 130 m and guaranteed deepness of the water is 5,2 m 
      - The size of metal shore ramp is 9,0 x 15,6 m. Seabed dredging volume is 2650 m
      - Existing quay walk on wooden fascine mattress is protected with reinforced concrete plates
      - The volume of erosion protection plate is 1670/ 680 m/ m
      - Underneath the ramp a granite embankment protection will be constructed with a volume of 1220 m
      - The lightning of the quay is renewed; head distribution center and ships' switchboard are going to be installed
      - The ships' wastewater receiving unit is built
      - Existing quay equipment is going to be changed for fitting plate fenders for ferries MM90 FC
      - Additional bollards are installed

Vinni parish water management projects water and sewage pipelines and borewells reconstruction design-build

      The contract is about Vinni's parish water management project- including the reconstruction design- build of waste water treatment plants in Viru-Jaagupi borough, Roela borough and Vetiku's village.

According to the agreement, following works will be executed:

      - Reconstructions for about 2,07 km water pipelines and about 60 house connections;

      - Reconstructions for about 1,12 km sewage pipelines and about 26 house connections;

      - Reconstructions for about 0,085 km pressure sewage pipelines;

      - Reconstructions of 2 borewell pumping stations, where a water treatment equipment is installed and also one new replacement borewell is going to be build with water treatment equipment;

      - 2 old pumping stations are going to be taken down (in Roela borough)

      - Reconstructions of 3 wastewater pumping stations;

      - A computer for remote monitoring with a necessary software and additional equipment will be procured. Also, the existing and still to be constructed water and sewage systems will be connected to it.

Reconstruction of the amortized piping, driven wells, pumping stations and water treatment plants in the parish of Rakke

Design-construction works of Oisu Biogas plant

Client: Oisu Biogaas

Construction cost: 2 980 565,71 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, following works will be executed:       

- The design and construction of biogas plant and CHP       

- The estimated power output is 0,7 MW       

- Plant includes 2 primary fermenters and one post-fermenter       

- In addition the plant includes technical building, slurry receiving and dosing unit and other technological equipment and constructions.

 

Constructions of Vinni CHP plant 

Client: Vinni Biogaas

Construction period: December 2011- December 2012

Construction cost:  4 085 434,29 EUR excl. VAT

According to the agreement, following works will be executed:

         -The design and construction of biogas plant and CHP

         -The CHP will take in up to 88 000 tons of bio material a year

         -The estimated power output is 1,36 MW

Railway reconstruction

Client: EVR Infra AS

Construction cost:5 500 000 EEK (351 000 EUR) excl. VAT

According to the agreement, following works will be executed:

Road repair by means of installing reinforced concrete crossties - 16 000 m

Dismantling of roads and improving roads geometry by means of a ballast  tamping machine - 1 000 m

Replacement of wooden crossties - 4 450 pcs

Berthing line length - ca 123 m, water depth at quay line - 5,2 m. The bottom of aquatorium covered with concrete plates at width of 21 m. Water supply and power supply. 

 

Construction period: 2008-2010

Design-built project, joint venture with Danish companies Per Aarsleff A/S and Rohde Nielsen A/S. Partly financed by EU.

Construction cost - ca 55 000 000 EUR (excl VAT)

Surface area - 27 Ha.

Quay depth - 16 m, quay length - 120 m and 400 m. Water supply and power supply.

Reclamation works volume - 1 330 000 m3 of sand. Dredging works volume - 575 000 000 m3. Concrete works volume - 13 000 m3 for structures and 8 800 tonnes of piles. 

 

 

 

First CHP in Estonia.

Construction period: 2007-2009

Construction cost - 7 500 000 EUR (excl. VAT)

Capacity - 25 MW, heating capacity - 75 MW. Väo CHP is able to produce 190 GWh of renewable energy per year, using nearly 500 m3 of wood chips.

Boiler house: 6 floors height - 32,7 m. Concrete slab foundation. Building frame: steel structure, painted.  Walls cladding with composite panels.
